Robert E. Marshall

– Founding Attorney –

Robert E. Marshall has a business degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Idaho, where he was an editor of the Idaho Law Review. He served as a judicial clerk in the Eighth Judicial District in Clark County and has been a personal injury attorney for more than 20 years.

He is also a governor and past president of the Nevada Justice Association.

Robert has been identified as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer by the American Trial Lawyers Association and has been nominated twice for trial lawyer of the year.

Outside of his work as an attorney Robert enjoys coaching football, is active in The Boy Scouts of America, is a Paul Harris Fellow, and a member of the Rotary Club of Las Vegas.
